Good pack, minor shipping issue
I ordered the Zulu hiking pack for a trip coming up. The pack itself is really well-designed and comfortable, the suspension system felt great on a test hike. It shipped pretty fast, arrived in about four days which was good. My one small complaint is that the tracking information wasn't updated very consistently. It showed 'processing' for a long time then suddenly 'out for delivery'. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice to see clearer updates. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the value.

Oh my gosh, I just got the Miwok daypack and I absolutely love it! The color is even better in person and it's so comfortable to wear. Nice pack, works well
I picked up one of their Nano daypacks a couple weeks ago. Just needed something small for everyday stuff, going to the gym and all that. It's pretty comfy and holds my water bottle and a few essentials without feeling bulky. The zippers feel sturdy too. No complaints, it does what I needed it to do.
